These new generating set models are equipped with KOHLER KD1003 engines that meet STAGE V standards. This reduces toxicity and the quantity of gases emitted to a minimum.
Fast-acting fuel injection technology delivers the punch you need and saves fuel. The belt-driven overhead camshaft delivers low-turbulence performance for near-silent operation.
Limited noise pollution, silent generating sets with a sound power level of 95 dB(A). Models that exceed the 2000/14/CE standards, which set a limit of 97dB(A). Sound power level has been reduced thanks to the KD1003 engine's equipment and work on the cover's design. As well as using acoustic panels.

Our generating sets are now compatible with HVO1OO fuel! HVO (Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil) is a renewable fuel that can be substituted for diesel without any modification when specified. Produced entirely from waste, this fuel reduces greenhouse gas emissions by up to 90%. As well as reducing CO2 emissions, HVO emits less NOx and fewer particles than fossil diesel. HVO is also more stable, allowing it to be stored in a tank for several months.
The generating sets are designed to be easily moved and transported by construction machinery. All the generating sets from the DIESEL SILENCE range have been designed to take up the same space as a pallet, and are equipped with a lifting ring as standard.
These new generating sets can deliver a power of 12 kW in single-phase 230V and 16 kVA in three-phase 400V. The DIESEL 12 LC A SILENCE and the DIESEL 16 LC TA SILENCE are equipped with oversized alternators to absorb high load impacts. This means they can supply sufficient electrical power to construction equipment when switched on.
The chassis and cover of the generating sets are made of high-quality steel to limit corrosion. KOHLER generating sets are designed to last. They will resist well to bad weather and the effects of time.
The engine is water-cooled; thus, the generating set can be used in extreme outdoor conditions. Can be used at temperatures as low as -20°C and as high as 49°C. Right from the design stage, the aim was to enable the generating set to be used in a wide variety of situations, providing electricity where it's needed.
One of the key areas of development for the DIESEL SILENCE range is lowering the noise level of the generating sets. The DIESEL 12 LC A SILENCE and DIESEL 16 LC TA SILENCE retain this quality with a guaranteed sound level of 95 dB. This low noise level is achieved by combining the use of the KD1003 with the development of the cover.
Some models in the range feature an AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator), which electronically regulates the generating set's electrical output voltage and frequency. The AVR provides greater current stability despite the start-up peaks of the powered devices. Automatic voltage regulation therefore limits voltage fluctuations at the alternator output by maintaining engine speed at 3,000 rpm thanks to injection management and engine ignition.
All the generating sets in the range are equipped with a connector for easy installation of a VERSO 50 source inverter. This option enables automatic start-up of the generating set, in case of power cut. Fixed installation and the use of an automatic source inverter guarantee continuity of supply to your electrical network. This makes it possible to start the generating set during a power cut, but also to stop it at the end of the power cut. It also includes engine monitoring and operating safeguards to keep it running smoothly.
The DIESEL SILENCE range is equipped with GENERATOR SMART CARE as standard, a Bluetooth box combined with a simple, free digital solution that optimises the life of the generating sets through pro-active maintenance. This is achieved by reminding users of maintenance deadlines and helping them to purchase parts and consumables so that they can carry out maintenance at the right time.
DIESEL SILENCE generating sets are designed for extended autonomy, with high-capacity fuel tanks. The DIESEL 12 LC A SILENCE and DIESEL 16 LC TA SILENCE offer a continuous autonomy of 14 hours at 75% power. This means that the generating set does not have to be refuelled on a regular basis. It also provides safety for emergency use.
